SELECTION AND PLACEMENT PROCESS
Our human resources department's top priority policy is "The right person for the right job". This policy is based on systematic screening of open positions taking into account the data of the candidates. If the qualifications of the appropriate candidates are positive, as a result of the one-to-one interviews carried out by the Human Resources, the second phase of the interviews will be held with the heads of departments and the general manager.
Students studying in the field of hotel management can do their internships in our hotel. Our internship program is divided into two as summer and winter. Applications for both periods are made in April. Candidates are informed in accordance with the evaluation after the meeting with the candidates called at the end of April. The Operations and Human Resources department assign trainees to work when they deem necessary.
